Big Engine problem. Plz help me.

I hope someone can help me with my big problem. Plz!
(Sorry for my bad english)

The problem is like this:

When I turn the key to start, the engine will not start. I have a weak spark. And i have checked the
ignition coil and I think its okej. The carburetor is ok and is no problem with petrol.
